I coordinated travel and accommodation for teams from the USA, Germany, Portugal, Finland, Göteborg, and Linköping, handled bookings for flights, trains, hotels, meeting rooms, and restaurants, and negotiated corporate rates with Nordic hotels. I negotiated a 10% – 25% discount with Nordic hotels, managed all travel logistics efficiently, and organized the company’s Christmas gift. My efforts resulted in a 10% reduction in hotel costs, with all travel arrangements successfully executed on time, and positive feedback from the teams on their accommodations.
