Roche needed to provide timely support and boost morale for employees transitioning to remote work during the sudden lockdown while ensuring safe, contactless delivery across diverse urban and rural locations. I conducted virtual consultations with Roche’s team to understand employee needs, sourced items through our supplier network despite supply chain disruptions, and created two tailored versions of the packages for urban and rural employees. I leveraged local wholesalers, partnered with couriers for contactless delivery, personalized each package with a note from the CEO, and ensured seamless distribution through detailed coordination. The project was completed ahead of schedule, with a 100% delivery rate within one week, and internal surveys indicated that employees felt ‘highly valued’ by the gesture.
