Being an online group leader for my Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) has been an incredible journey of spiritual growth and leadership. Each week, I facilitate engaging discussions with members from diverse backgrounds, exploring biblical truths and applying them to our daily lives. This role has deepened my understanding of Scripture while strengthening my skills in communication, organization, and active listening.
Leading online sessions has its unique challenges, but it also offers the rewarding opportunity to connect with people globally, creating a supportive community that encourages personal and spiritual growth. These moments of shared learning and reflection continually inspire me to lead with purpose and humility, ensuring every member feels valued and heard.
